You could start right here on HOW. There are four H23.5s under "Classified Ads".

This is one place to start. I like the earlier suggestion as well.

Things that affect the price are the local economy, are there a lot of sailors in your area, etc.

I will say this though... You're sorry to say you bought another boat???

Sorry, but I'm not sure what you mean here. I've tried that text on Google Translate but it just gave me back the same text...

As I mention on my website, I'm fully willing to strain relations with my neighbors by filling up my back yard with small boats :)

well I kinda changed sides here , although I love my hunter I cant get the wife acustom to the whole healing thing, every tack and start of the heel I hear a deep breath as I look up and see her scrambling , clutching , and diving over the coaming and headed for the rub rail.Lat week I had to ask her WHERE are you going ? I think had I not stopped her she would have made it to the swing keel. none the less we purchased a small cruiser http://halifax.kijiji.ca/c-ViewAdLargeImage?AdId=287884276
she already likes the 10 ft beam. I looked at the four on this site for sale and came up with a very reasonable number of 8k

I completely understand your reasoning.

I'm not sure what I would do if my wife didn't like sailing. She's the best crew person I've had out there. Plus she's fun to hang with.

Good luck on selling your sailboat.
