Hello everyone...
I just bought a 1966 Vanguard in Traceys Landing, MD. It needs some work and in particular the twin portholes on each side need to have the plexiglass replaced. The West Marine has Lexan but not nearly as thick as what is in the boat ....3/8"......Defender Industries doesn't seem to have it either so I'm wondering where would I get the material to cut out these ports??
Somebody must sell this stuff.
It would have to be the same thickness I believe...because the frames are set up to fit over that thickness....
Since the ports are of an irregular shape....not sure what to call it....I can't seem to find anything to replace them with.....would love to buy some new ports that same size that could open.....the originals are fixed....
