I saw this boat while on vacation in Michigan and took a picture from a distance.... Please if anyone can identify what the manufacture of this sailboat is and if possible what length. Thank you

It looks like a C&C to me. The model is a little harder...I would guess between 37 and 41. those are the models that have that type of window. Great boats if you are looking for one. I have included a link to a great C&C site

I have never seen one with the sets of "grab bars and dorades up near the mast. Could have been added I guess. The long portlight and the small port light just aft look right.
