Need to get to know my 28 o'day

Hi i just purchased a 1980 ..28' o'day ........i have a house in Florida .....my allergies have gotten so bad i am going to rent my house and go live aboard.......i need to find a copy of a manual and also the wiring diagram of both the boat and the engine.....universal atomic 10hp.
I noticed a posting by Mike 4116 about having a manual or elect dia.....if yur lut there mike answer my post or email me ............................please thanks looking forward to getting away from pollen........suffering Canadian.
