Need suggestions replacing all door and drawer latches!

Hello all,
i have a Hunter 49 that almost all stock latches, both doors and drawers have mostly failed and are broken. (What a nightmare when underway )
I would like to replace all bur am having trouble deciding what types, what brand and what kind workd best on my Hunter.
Does anyonr have any experience or suggestions relating to this?
A point in the tight direction would be appreciated.
