Rub rail for Hunter 23
Tate, I have a Hunter 23 '86. I replaced the original rub rail with a Taco single piece rub rail. I bought it at Boatersworld.com. I had to buy 2 thirty foot sections to encompass the entire length of the boat. It is called a universal semi - rigid Vinyl rub rail kit. Part number 329511059. Ended up being about $200 total. You need two people, a hair dryer (for bends), a cordless power screw driver, some sealent, and a cordless drill. The kit came with fasteners, instructions, and a counter sink bit for the drill if needed. One kit was older and did not have pre-drilled holes. To be clear, this is not an exact match to the original rub rail. If you are not planning on replacing the entire thing, you might consider a different option.
