Need repair items for CAT27

The strut that holds the forward deck hatch at a specific opening is busted(the locking part of the strut only) Where can I find the part?Also, the Lazarette(transom) storage locker fills with water when under power--how do I stop this? The boat has a transom mounted (about 2" diameter) cover, but it is worn and I think a new one will solve the problem. Where can I find this item also? I know I can plug the drain, but prefer something more "automatic".LaDonna....I'll bet you know! Thanks!

Have you tried Catalina Direct for parts? I find they are very technically helpful too. The link listed below is the Catalina Direct listing for the hatch adjuster. Let me know how things work out.
