Does anyone know what this called and where I can fine one for the starboard stern side?

It is a Chock. or Line Chock.
Search on line and you will find all shapes and designs. You may have to search the Beneteau shop for an exact match.

Or try the shop here on SBO. You may get lucky and save a couple bucks.

Fairlead boat mooring rope guide or marine bow chock cleat line chock. To find one do an internet search and find one that matches your existing anodized aluminum material, bolt hole pattern and dimensions.

That's port above. Starboard is 057181. Not sure why the pics show two-hole mounting. You'll probably need to ask Beneteau Part customer service about that.
