First search the internet for an owner's group. If one exists it is likely someone on the group has a manual.
Most companies now have manuals and data sheets online even for legacy models. If you have a particular item, go to the manufacturer's website and search.
If the manufacturer is no more, then do a generic search for the manual using model number and manufacturer.
If you are looking for a central repository of the manuals for you boat, the only place it is likely to exist would be with a user group.
