need new bolts and Butyl Tape for toe rail 1983 Hunter 31

Does anyone know I get these bolts and washers and butyl tape?
I need new bolts, washers, and nuts for aluminum toe rail for 1983 Hunter 31.
I had to remove it for repair and stripped a lot of the old hardware.
according to manual its
5/16-18 X 1 1/2" F.H. S/S bolts w/stainless neoprene washer and locknut
