The Mariner class association may be able to sell you a copy of the manual. I didn't see the information on how to get one on the site but I know a person here who claims to have gotten one through them. Hit the link below to go there. As far as upgrades I've never seen an exhaustive list because you are really limited only to what you can imagine. If you have thoughts fly them by the board; many of us have upgraded our boats and you're likely to find someone here has tried what you're planning and may be able to save you some grief.
