I have a new (to me) 1995 Hunter 336, and a couple of questions.
1. I can't get the lp gas to the stove, I turn on the lp switch on the DC panel and also turn on the gas at the tank, and follow directions in manual to light stove, but am not getting any gas to stove. Any Ideas??

2. How do you let table down to make cabin bed????

Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
John

Have you checked the LP tank to see if you have any?

If your table drops the same as mine there's a "T" handle clamp in the locker in the table top. Loosen the handle and push the table top down.

Yes the LP tank is full.
Can loosen the T handle but table only goes down about 4 inches then stops.

On my 1997 336 there is a breaker for the stove and a red switch below the panel that must be on. It sometimes takes a while for the gas to fill the lines. Hold down the valve on the stove in the "IGN" postition and keep sparking the ignitor. The table has a counter weight on a line the goes into the center post. Make sure that that has not been shortened which would limit table travel.

On my boat I installed a thumb screw below the table top to prevent the counter weight from banging inside the post. Check to see if you have something that locks the counter weight in place which would prevent the top from moving down.
It is possible that the PO shortened the control line for the counter weight. If this is the case it might have reached the top well before the table top is in its lowest position. Try pulling the control line and see if you can locate the position of the weight.

Ok, so there are TWO switches for the LP gas, will check that out.
Will also check counter weight line for length or set screw.
Thanks Guys.
