Need help with my Oday 302 Rudder

I have an oday 302 sailboat.
my rudder was bent and no longer turns the wheel .
I have no experience removing the rudder .
I 'm looking for technical diagrams , videos or any information that may be useful.
I also need spare parts or anything else needed to carry out the work .
