Need help to identify spare part - Transom Helm Seat support

Hello,

I am looking for a part that is missing from my Beneteau 331 2004. It's a plastic thing that allows the seat to stay up or to slide it down to the floor, to allow walking out to the sugar scoop. Maybe through the attached photo somebody can help me identify what it is. This picture is from the port side. The left side one is missing. I am trying to find a spare part but I do not even know what that piece is called.

Is it part 31 from this picture?

If so it’s the “SUPPORT NYLON HELMAN SEAT”, part 041942 available for $9.56 from https://spareparts.beneteauusa.com/. You’ll need to reach out to a dealer to get credentials for the site, and that dealer will fulfill the order once you place it.

Thank you! I have emailed a dealer in Kenosha, WI, using the same question with the photo but, have not heard back yet. I'll give them a few days and then try another one.

I am in Missouri and I do not have a Beneteau dealer here. Do you know any dealer that would sell this small spare parts online and ship to me? I checked 3 of their websites and they only have new boat sales information, but have not been able to find a "spare parts" order or similar..
