This is an unfortunate story of which I will not be too detailed but my friend's health has taken a turn for the worse and he is forced to sell his boat. It is to the point that he may not be able to hop up onto the deck and it's only going to get worse for him. I told him of this forum I frequent, the good input I have received over the years and said I would try to help him out by posting.
He has his second home in Punta Gorda and his Seward 32 RG sits on his property on a lift. I understand it's in very good shape as he has not used it much since it was new. He is in desperate need of a good, honest broker to show/sell the boat and give him other assistance/recommendations as needed based on his limited abilities. I have dealt with a few brokers over the years that I would not recommend - they are not all created equal. I am hoping someone in the Punta Gorda area can give me a recommendation based on your experience - word of mouth is the best advertising. Or, at the very least let us know who to stay away from. I'm not looking to bash anyone online so a PM would be ok here. Your advice will be appreciated.
