I have an 81 Mac and need help with the boom rigging. I have labeled questionable items for reference. The block labeled "A" appears to be for a 5/16 line that is attached at the mast end of the boom. I have shown this line in another post since I can attach only on pict. I have been using the shorter thinner lne at the aft end of the boom by runing it through the clew back through block "B" then through clam cleat. Any help will be appreciated.

Here is my guess on part of the system

It looks like the block on the very end of the boom is centered which would make me suspect that is for the outhaul and that the fairlead and clam cleat on the bottom of the mid boom may be for the outhaul as well (H & G). All appear to be centered on the boom which would make sense for the out haul. Bloc B and nearby cam cleat look to be off center. Could that set up be for a topping lift? The eye, in the aft end pic, and the block opposite (A) on the port side of the boom would probably be for a reefing line, though you would need some type of cleat on the port side of the boom to tie the line off. If there is a block opposite (I) then I would guess that to be for your second reef. Fun post.
