Annapolis Rigger

I would be glad to recommend Richard Krolak at Chesapeake Rigging in Annapolis. He did a major project for me. You certainly will have to look far to find anyone more knowledgable. I was also impressed with the fact that he was willing to "take the heat" for anything that happened on the job.
