Hi All! I'm a newbie to ODays, just picked up an ODay 12 (not the Widgeon). Looking forward to trying her out on the lake this spring and would appreciate any info on how to rig this puppy. Seems to have "all the right stuff" but I need to put it in "all the right places". Anyone out there have a manual or free advice? Thanks!

I don't have a Manual for the O'DAY 12 yet, but could provide a few pics to help. For any missing parts a call to Rudy Nickerson at D&R Marine (508) 644-3001 is helpful, he has a web site as well, but a phone call is best for questions.

I didn't see anything in the store on this site, but you might check out www.iheartodays.com? I know they sell them at a reasonable price.

Quite frankly, the "Manual" for the O'DAY 12 was probably just a single sheet of paper, with diagrams on one side and text on the other. If it is a standard O'DAY guide, it will be a 11" x 17" page. The diagrams won't show an awful lot more than what the pictures above show.
Worth contacting Rudy Nickerson at D&R Marine (508) 644-3001 Although I'm not sure he has any copies of that. I suspect you will get more info out of pictures from various owners, and in reality the O'DAY 12 was rigged pretty much the same as any other similar size boat of that time.
