Hello,I bought a cruising chute for my legend 23.5 (complete with bag and dowsing sock)This is my first chute and still has do do the rigging. The only thing that I made is a homemade attachment to the pulpit to keep the tack forward.I like to keep things simple, so would it be possible to use the jib halyard instead of setting up another halyard. Since the halyard comes out from below the forestay I was a bit concerned about chafing, so I was going to put a peice of plastic pipe around the top of the forestay and a swivel on the halyard. For the sheets, I was considering putting ratchet-blocks on the u-bolts on the sides of the boat near the stern cleats.Do you think this contraption works?Any ideas welcome.ThanksNicky
