Allen,
Is your old one broken or just discolored? If it's just discolored, you could use some fine tripple 0 steel wool on it and then compound it. Rudy Nickerson of D&R Marine was telling me this just last week. If this is the case, you may be able to bring it right back.

Joe is right on with correcting the window condition - similar to the advertisements for headlight restoration... I reworked our windows while they were out of the boat; unfortunately, the plastic frames on the Port windows cracked during re-installation. Bought new windows from Rudy at D&R - problem handled!

I polished my windows up nicely with plastx and a RO buffer. I did get a very small hairline crack radiating from one of the screws when I reinstalled. I blame it more on me tightening down too hard, but it was a little brittle compared to new Plexiglas. I'll probably replace them after this summer
