Just had a great experience with a Florida vendor. I was internet shopping for a replacement impeller for my Oberdofer raw water pump. Found ( as usual) an Amazon offering.
Placed the order. Upon delivery I spent at least an hour trying to get the ring pin to seat. I finally gave up and called the telephone that came with a business card in the packaging. The owner answered the phone. Explained the circumstances and got an immediate response. It appears that there was a bad lot of impellers. Some were in the Amazon system.. He promptly mail out a replacement.
