Need 3qm30f Heat Exchanger

Hello,

I need a Heat Exchanger for my Yanmar 3QM30F engine.

My yanmar dealer says they are discontinued.

Actually I need just the fresh water tank.

If any one has the tank or the whole exchanger new
or used or knows of someone who does please contact me.

Jules, you could take the whole heat exchanger to a good machine shop. What is wrong with the shell of the exchanger? The part is probably cast iron and a good shop can usually fix something like that.. Pictures?

when I tried to tighten it down the on the bracket the bolt broke. when I went to remove it four more bolts broke trying to get them out. I drilled one out and put in a helicoil OK but the next one the drill drifted just a little and I perforated the tank. I need to have the hole welded, filled and then redrilled for helicoil. and the other four helicoils also put in.
I am heading to a machine shop tomorrow.
