need 35amp alternator for my 10-Two engine

Would anyone know were I can purchase a 35amp westerbike alternator. This is turning into a nightmare. I am attemting to have it rebuilt but the repairman of many years of experience is not sure he can repair it. My engine is a westerbike 10-Two.
