I've noticed that several buoys in my waters, cape cod to newport, have been either missing, changed, or drifted slightly out of position. I have a handheld GPS but sometimes it's frustrating to have to check my position from radar, chart, line of sight, depth, and GPS. Has anyone else out there made similar observations?
