I was given an older tillerpilot NAVICO 5500 and am looking for information as to wiring and operating information. It looks pretty simpler but I was wondering what the third wire on the plug was for and what the socket underneath the unit does. Is there a source for parts. Does anyone have an old remote? Any info is better than what I have.
