Bored with summer, try saying towboat three times fast. Do you have a nautical tongue twister?

There was that one about selling shells by the shore. Does that qualify?

It is " she sells shells by the seashore"

Not that I am old enough to remember that one but............................

“Toy Boat” 3 times is a bit tougher, and I struggled with “He’ll heel” just yesterday. The contraction got me. Not bored with summer yet!

In this neck of the woods we always said, "She sells seashells down by the seashore." Suggesting that we were somehow on higher ground than the aforementioned "she", who was the shoreside seashell seller.

My friend's boat was named " Revelree". I would always end up sounding like Elmer Fudd on the radio with that one.

I thought it was Sally?

Sally sells seashells by the seashore.
She sells seashells on the seashell shore.
The seashells she sells are seashore shells,
Of that I'm sure.

She sells seashells by the seashore.
She hopes she will sell all her seashells soon.
If neither he sells seashells
Nor she sells seashells,
Who shall sell seashells?
Shall seashells be sold?

.... and if we want to talk driftwood

How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

Well!
A woodchuck would chuck as much wood as he could chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood.

The 6th sick Sheik's 6th sheep's sick"
I can only say it very slowly and only once at that speed.
Not nautical but tough anyway. I learned this one from an old Montana Auctioneer. He had bunches of them and could rattle them off at scary speed.

At Iowa State, we used to say "Huck the Fuskers" about Nebraska. No longer … not in the same Conference. :(
