Name this hardware

This isn't my boat in the picture... But the block on the side of the coaming can anybody give me the proper name for it? Mine are all broken up from sun damage and need replacing.

From what I can make out in the photo, it looks like a cheek block.

correct on cheek block which is used to turn the jib sheet or genoa sheet back to the winch.

Flat or curved base, and it'd be nice to find a couple with the same fastener pattern as the ones you're replacing.

P.S.- It may be possible to have the old ones re-sheaved?
