Finally !

A whiff of spring ,, lowered the 17 today ,,
Put on a Harken 405 small boat furler ,, put the sails up.
My man is coming out next week to make main sail cover and my Harley cover.
Felt so good to be on the water again ,,
I hope all of you ,, feel the same joy and elation that I am feeling now,,

It's good to know that your 17lady is back in the water after the ice went away...
Enjoy your sailing...
We going out here in Macau this coming weekend...the weather feels like Spring down here... Let's hope to see dolphins swimming around...

While I was away for two months ,, riding my motorcycle across Russia to Milano, Italy,, I've left my 17 with a local river fisherman at his camp. Monsoon had no effect , but now typhoon Bolevan is approaching tonight. Having just passed Okinawa,,, it is headed up towards me ,, through west coast of Korea. Although, I am 110 KM inland from the coast, on a river,, I am taking down sails, booms and hatching down. I am putting on extra dock lines. I don't think I have to step the mast,,but the outboard and all other deck stuff is definitely going below.

This is my travel blog, on a Harley Davidson Road King through Siberia in Korean and English. I ferried over from Dong Hae to Vladivostok then straight west to Albania.. then to Bari, Italy,,,some 14,000 KM of dire roads. This completes my around the world on a Harley.

29 dead but damage less than expected across the board.
Food price jumped huge,, 30% on veggies and fish.
Another hurricane headed this way tomorrow.
