OH yeah? I was in Punta Gorda in January 2010. On Jan 4th it was 23 degrees. Didn't get over 30 for 10 straight days.

Not a heater to be found in town by day 3.

Not sure what part of Canada you're from, but way up here in the barren arctic wastelands of Seattle we've been enjoying a particularly balmy winter. Been some great sailing weather.

hey hold.... i know the area well as i grew up in sandy eggo..... with the beaver buck where it is, its not cheap to visit the good ole U. S. of A. enjoy..... I spend summers in Ont. @ lake of the woods... which is one great area also, but more so in summer then winter... r u gonna get a day of sailing or mostly site seeing? fair winds, brian

Got a strange phone call last night,automated political survey, I do them once in a while if I`m not busy. Weird thing was it went from politics to "are you anticipating spring more than usual this year"? "press 1 for yes, 2 for no".
