I don't know how you can rate 7.0 KTS with smooth waters like that.
Over here, on this side of the pond, I've been out in pounding seas, almost no wind, going nowhere in a hurry, and not feeling to good about it at all. Looks like you had beautiful weather conditions for the trip over.
