My dream is to sail I have a 81 MacGregor 25 that I am restoring does not have the keel I am trying to have one custom made but I don't have the dimensions and I don't know how does it really work in the actual boat does anybody have pictures or video perhaps any info would help

Call or go to Don's Marine Salvage in Clearwater and inquire if they happen to have a keel that might fit your boat. 5601 126th Ave. N Clearwater FL. 727-556-0400. Sorry I cannot help you with the measurements but you will need them to be able to find a salvaged keel that might fit the boat. Don's is a place to go there and just spend some time looking around especially if you are refurbishing a boat.
