Have a Mac26S and got a new T*****u SailPro (a china girl?) 6hp which broke in half for no reason
I fixed it with a piece of a fence post, rivets, and JB Weld. I'm ready to go? No! I make the mistake of hand tightening the steering when the SailPro’s metal cover breaks After calling T*****u USA I give up on them.
Now the coronavirus strikes. While hiding in my basement I notice that I’m getting Corona Virus Stimulus Checks. The coronavirus wants to buy me a new 8hp Honda -- ok who am I to ask why.
What a beautiful machine the Honda is and even fully turns in my Mac 26S well. But when I hook up the gas hose the motor dumps all the gas in seconds. The retailer, A*****ls, refuses to pick it up and replace it. After 3 months Citi refunds my money, thanks to Citi.
But now all the online 8hp Hondas are sold out. A*****ls still had one but it has all the expensive stuff on it (power tilt on and 8hp?) I bite the bullet and get it.
I almost hit 9 mph at ¾ power which is a stressful thing for a newbie on a Big Mac. If the rain ever stops I’ll finish breaking it in. In a roundabout way, I’m good, with a good motor.
