mud stained sails

Hi i recently fliped my boat in the st.john river i was preety close to shore so my mast got stuck in the mud.The waves were pushing the mast in deeper and got mud on my sails.Witch stained my sails.So I was wondering how to gethe stains out.

I don't know how to get your sails clean, but we used to call that the Brown Badge of Courage when we raced lightnings.
