Moving, soon to move boat to backyard!

house purchased, moved in, planning boat move
Well, I'm trying not to get too stressed out planning everything, but here's where I'm at right now:
The cost of moving the challenger across country is $6500. I'll fly to NY to prepare the boat, have the mast unstepped, and arange for a short-haul onto the truck. Here in California, I need to arange with a crane and lift services company to have the boat lifted off the truck and onto the home-built cradle in my backyard. Oh, and I need to build a cradle in the backyard.
A lot to do, but that's the update.
