Garage Logic

I checked out the Garage Logic link. That bucket trap should work. I once used a similar setup (minus the water, of course) to catch a pet hamster that had gotten loose. The little guy seemed quite pleased to get back in his cage after the adventure, the kids were happy to have him back, and I was elated that I didn't have to recover a late hamster from the ductwork!

Another Alternative

Take one of those strippers who dances with a snake for a weekend sail with her snake.

skimming some slime from the gene pool...

Fred, if their genes are so close to ours then skip will have to act fast--that mouse will turn paranoid and drown Skip in the bilge and set fire to the boat to make it look like an accident...*666

Works for me.

Since I live in the woods, mice and chipmonks, are the problem during winter storage. Even if I store under the protection of a barn. Simple moth balls work for me. I use two boxes and scatter them around the cabin and engine compartment on my 23 footer. Done this for over 20 years now and it seems they get harder to find nowdays. The young'ns don't know what they are .. Hee He. In the spring when I uncover, the smell is not that offensive and is soon gone in the fresh air. Another thing I do is put mouthwash in my fresh water holding tank to keep it sweet.
