Well OK
Somebody thinks its worth that, I bought it for that and sold it six years later for that...
Granted a toerail alone isn't worth that but the whole boat might be.... :) I won't buy her back for that though... :)

Anyone else having trouble running a grill off of a big bottle without a regulator?

Mine starting acting up last year and I did a lot of research etc. trying to find out why. I actually read the manual from Magma ;)

Magma's grills are designed for use with small disposable propane canisters or with preregulated
low-pressure propane and optional low-pressure valves. Running high-pressure
propane fuel supply lines on a boat is in violation of American Boat & Yacht Council (ABYC)
guidelines and is not considered a safe application. Additionally, impurities found in larger
refillable propane tanks may clog the small orifices in the high-pressure control valve/
regulator causing it to lose performance capabilities and eventually fail. Regulating these
tanks to 1/2 PSI and using this pre-regulated propane with the correct low-pressure valve
will insure safe, efficient performance of the grill.

and posted questions here. Final result is probably a clogged regulator from using refillable tanks and I'm going to buy a new reg. this year and see if that works. I don't like the disposable bottles and two 5 lbs refillable tanks in a propane locker ( stove and bbq) with one hooked up to boat system.

So, I'm not much of a plumber and looking at the Sure Marine tank contraption, the full set-up has the Railmount Assembly (Tank not Included) for 6# Aluminum Propane Tank. Comes with Regulator, Gauge, Solenoid, Solenoid Control, POL Fittings and High Pressure Hose (from POL to Regulator). What is the POL? and for my purposes, this will only be hooked up to a grill, do I need the solenoid assembly?
I have the capability to build one of these rail mounts but I'm a bit unsure of what I'd need for plumbing between the tank and grill.
