Motor Mount Extention H26

I run a 9.9 hp Nissan on "Arctic Mist" ('94 H26) but find that there is insufficient roon in the well to tip the motor without damaging the glass. Has anyone extended the mount on this model and if so, what material did you use, etc. I noted on one of Dave S.'s pictures of "Morning Glory" that the mount appeared to have been modified.

Contact the HOW store forum ans ask for the exteneded outboard motor brackets for the Hunter 26 which will solve your problem. If they do not have them, contact Hunter marine and request Mike Thomas at ext. 3015.Crazy Dave Condon
