Any suggestions on where you put your outboard while trailering would be helpful. The motor mount on the Hunter 240 does not look like a wise choice. Has anyone developed a way of laying it under the boat on the trailer? Is the ladder on the trailer tongue strong enough to support 90+ lbs of motor? I would appreciate the input.

When you mount it to the ladder have you added anything to the ladder or just attach it to the rungs? Gary

I used a tie down strap
on my 240 from the stern rail and the mast crutch to the lifting handle on the motor to support the motor and keep it from bouncing. Did alot of trailering with no problems.
