Many remedies to seasickness.
My wife has the same issue. She is alegric to compazine which is the major ingredient in the sea sickness patch you put behind your ear. Her queezyness seems to be getting a little worse each season. We've tried dramamine, it works but it makes her very drowsy and out of it, which makes her useless as crew. We've tried the wrist bands from Davis, and they work so-so. She is now going to try the $140 electronic wrist band sold at boat-us and West, which was just approved by the FDA. They say it works immediately so you can use it as soon as symptoms occur. We shall soon see. There are many other remedies ginger being amoung the most popular. Take it in any form, (cookies, pills, ginger beer). Try to eat light and avoid eating heavy greasy foods before sailing. Hope this helps.
