Hello I am thinking about buying a 1967 Morgan what are the pitfalls for buying a Morgan this old.

yes.... we need more information about the boat .... I own a '71 Morgan 35' ....

my boat is a great for me and my family.... she sails true, in light or moderate winds.... not had her out in heavy winds yet.... she is roomy for a family of 4.... plus the commodore (puppy) too... need to change the stairs going out of the cabin for the puppy.... solid hull design, with thick hull.....

You are really going to want to spend the money to get the boat of your choice surveyed, before buying. Not only is it necessary for insuring the boat, but you will end up having a to do list from a very knowledgeable person. A good survey could end up supplying information even a PO might not have had about the boat.
