Morgan 38 Air Conditioning

I just purchased a 1994 Morgan/Catalina 38, and I plan to install an air conditioner like a marine air heat pump. Space is tight for the unit as well as running duct. Can anyone with heat/ac in their M/C 38 tell me where their unit is installed, where the duct is run, and where the vents are located? Any other comments of wisdom wrt location is appreciated.

I have a morgan 382. The outside unit is located in the port cockpit locker with the through hull and seacock aft of the engine. The inside unit is located forward of the starboard settee with both the return and the only vent facing that settee.
