I am not sure there is a significant differance. I have a 323 and have looked at the spex for the 321 and not seen much differenc3e. They are different years, so that might account for the different names.
Hey: I know that there are differences in the area of cabin windows between the 321 and 323. The 321 has one large and two normal size opening ports per side while the 323 has four normal size opening ports per side. There are also some interior carpentry differences in the companionway area. Pretty minor all in all. Kevin
