I'm in the process of restoring a 1975 250 Classic with a retractable keel. Even though she's a trailerable boat, I have her in a slip all the time between use. Is there specific maintenance steps I can take to make sure the keel moves up and down freely and are there any recurring or remembered problems that I should expect with this set up. Thank you.
