Planning on leaving Pensacola Sat. morning heading east for Carrabelle. A little over a 24 hour offshore run. Again the forecast is just about perfect. Winds northerly at a forecast max of 15 knots, and seas a max. of three feet. Can we possibly be lucky twice with the weather. And a day after a full moon as a bonus. Will keep everyone posted.

If the conditions turn out perfect you might try to extend to Panama City.
Enjoy the run. Ray

Way past

Carrabelle is way past Panama City. Thats a pretty easy day from Pensacola. According to my Garmin nav. program, it is 177 miles farewell bouy to fairwell bouy. About another 10 miles or so on each end from the bouy. So roughly pretty close to 200 miles total. Could shave some off, but giving a wide berth to Cape San Blas. Shoals shift constantly around there, so not gonna cut it close. And the forecast is still the same. Winds 10 to 15, and seas 2 to 3. Don't get much better.
