Its pretty much an auger with an eyelet at the top, through which you'd pass a bar to screw it into the bottom. These are becomeing more frequent as mooring options, obviously they are easier to install than large concrete block or mushroom anchors, they have a much higher holding potential, and allow for a shorter scope on the mooring line. If you can't get them from Helix, I'm sure you can find a vendor somewhere. Check the section on roundshaft anchors as well. These would be for lower weight, less permanent anchorage.
