I have no detectable leaks in my boat now. The cavity under the cabin floorboard is accessible by a 4" access hole located just below the companionway as you enter the cabin. There is no standing water down there whatsoever. There is however moisture under the floorboard when I put my hand down there. Could this be from normal condensation. The nights here still go down fairly cool & maybe as the summer kicks in the problem will go away. I live 150km north of Toronto very close to Georgian bay & the humidity tends to be higher than the city. My concern is mold & rotting of floorboard. Anyone else has similar experience? I have an Oday 22

Rain water could be getting in under the gunwale moldings and collecting in the bilge.

The weather has warmed up significantly, I left the cap off the access hole and the bilge is now completely dry. I think it was definitely condensation. We also had some rain a few nights ago.
