moisture in deck

I am sure this topic has been discussed. My 37 has two soft spots on the deck and I have been told I can Drill, dig out and inject with epoxy – or – cut out the deck area, remove soft material, replace with new ply and refit the original glass deck. Has anyone actually done this – or – could point me to a site that describes the process?

the 'soft spot'

it is a common repair, some remove top glass to replace, others remove liner to replace wood. if a small spot, perhaps a hatch can be mounted over soft area and clean edges, etc...posting on the main forum should give you more info than you 'want'. several books at local barns & noble on the subject of glass boat repair...
