This is happening now, thanks for posting this. Leg 1 has ended, Leg 2 is starting Sunday the 23rd. We’re hooked.

Josh Kali's boat is the only one built and sailed from the USA. He trailered "Skookum" from the west coast to Oriental NC and later launched it from Beaufort NC for his qualifier sail to Barbados. I got to chat with him some while he was in Oriental. Josh is a seasoned mountain climber but little experience in ocean racing, but I think he and his boat have the right stuff to endure the race around the world. I'll be rooting for him during the second leg.

Leg 2 is on the way. Very little wind to start. Electric motors have been allowed as they navigate the Panama Canal.
