And the bar didn’t have hot buttered rum so I had to settle for cold beer.

Since Stu, John and I will need lunch meat on our adventure and the proximity to St Patrick’s Day I decided to smoke up som pastrami for our lunch. It will be smoked slowly with mix of Hickory, Maple and Pecan.
