Last Spring I decided to do the bottom paint strip down repaint routine. I repainted with Interlux Micron Extra. The ads say it's a multi-season paint. I would assume they're talking about average fouling conditions. I keep my boat in the Thames river in New London. Anybody who knows the river knows how prone to "sliming" boat bottoms get there. To add to the mix, I decided to keep the boat in the water through the winter (but not in the Thames). Oh yeah, the instructions call for two coats, I think I put three on.Anyway, the question is, has anyone had similar experience with this paint and these conditions? I'm wondering what the bottom will look like when it gets hauled for a cleaning in another month or two. Should I be budgeting for another couple of coats of paint? Thanks
